By using, or being present in SkyShop™ and using the services we provide here in "the server", you automatically agree to these "Terms" and are bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use any services we provide.
If you are using "the server" and services on behalf of another entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SkyShop™ functions as an online storefront where "sellers" sell inventories of their digital goods, and "sellers" may buy digital goods in "the server" from users or other "sellers". These inventories are acquired through legal methods, such as purchasing accounts from users in "the server" or by other means.
SkyShop™ does not have control over the terms and conditions of external platforms and does not guarantee that they will recognise, allow, or support any transaction made throughout "the server".
As a user, you carry responsibility relating to the services you have purchased, such as:
All services sold in SkyShop™ are offered from "sellers" inventories. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
5.1 Pricing and fees. SkyShop™ reserves the right to change pricing at any point without prior notice. Customers are liable to cover any fees, such as network fees on crypto or any other service that has associated fees for sending and receiving payments.
5.2 Refunds. SkyShop™ does not offer any form of refund under any circumstance, unless the "seller" decides they wish to refund within a particular deal. Transactions are considered final once confirmed by the relevant payment platform and are therefore non-refundable.
You may not use "the server" to engage in the following activities:
"the server" may link to or rely on third party services, such as game platforms, payment processors, or communication channels.
SkyShop™ is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third party services, or for any actions those providers take, including bans, suspensions, or account closures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyShop™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of "the server" or services.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of SkyShop™ to you for all claims arising out of or related to "the server" will be limited to the greater of: 50% of the total amount paid to SkyShop™ for use of the given services during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
SkyShop™ may suspend or terminate your access to "the server", or remove any listings or content, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
Changes to SkyShop™ Terms can be made at any time and will only be enforced after 14 days of the given notice.
After a service is purchased and completed, you are required to leave a review in <#1405197143119106128>. If you decide not to leave a review, an automatic review will be left for you, which will include the deal amount and the service purchased, with a note at the end stating that it is an automatic review.
No form of advertisement is permitted unless consent is given directly by the owner of SkyShop™. If you are advertising, it will result in an instant ban from accessing "the server" or any service provided by SkyShop™.
